Ligthrer stands behind the quality of our products and services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital products, customized technology solutions, and professional services, refund eligibility is subject to specific conditions outlined below.
Important: All refund requests must be submitted within the applicable timeframe specified for each product or service category. Refunds requested after the specified period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
2. Refund Eligibility by Product/Service Type
2.1 Digital Products and Software
Standard Digital Products:
- Refund Period: 14 days from date of purchase
- Conditions: Refunds available if the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or activated
- Non-Refundable: Once downloaded, accessed, or license keys have been revealed, products are non-refundable unless defective
Defective Digital Products:

Monthly Subscriptions:

2.3 Custom Development and Consulting Services
Project-Based Services:
- Refunds determined by project milestones and contract terms
- Payment for completed milestones is non-refundable
- Deposits may be partially or fully refundable depending on work completed

Consulting Hours:
- Prepaid consulting hours are non-refundable once services begin
- Unused prepaid hours may be refunded if requested within 90 days of purchase and no services have been rendered
2.4 Training and Educational Materials
Online Courses and Workshops:
- Refund Period: 14 days from purchase or before 25% course completion, whichever comes first
- Conditions: Course must not have been substantially consumed or completed
- Live Events: Non-refundable within 48 hours of event start time

5. Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible:

Note: Transaction fees, currency conversion fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable.

8. Cancellation Policy

Before Service Delivery: You may cancel orders for services that have not yet begun. Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Full refunds will be provided if no work has commenced.
After Service Begins: Once service delivery has begun, cancellation may result in charges for work completed up to the cancellation point.

- Annual enterprise service contracts
- Custom development projects over €5,000

10.2 Defective Products
EU consumers have the right to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund if products are defective or not as described, within 2 years of delivery.
